High Base Salaries
Salaries are set significantly higher than the minimum statutory requirements
Performance Review at Regularization
Opportunity to get a salary increase if performing well at 6 months
Employee Referral Program

Extended Vacation Leave
Receive 10 days leave each year, and an additional 1 bonus day for every year of continuous service up to a maximum of 15 additional days per annum

Receive 5 days of Medical or Sick Leave per annum. Cash out any unused leave at the end of each year
Long Service Leave
Receive 25 days of Long Service leave on the 10th Anniversary of continued employment with Xorix
